Add each adult applicant (18+) who will live at the property.
3) Required documents checklist
Read what you need. Tick to confirm you have it. Then press the email button to attach and send.
A) Proof of ID & Right to Rent *
Accepted examples: British/Irish passport (current or expired) OR valid ID plus share code.

B) Proof of address *
Utility bill, bank statement, or council tax bill (dated within the last 3 months).

C) Proof of income *
Select your income type to see what you must attach.

4) Guarantor (if required)
If a guarantor is required, we will contact them directly to complete their own details and checks.
5) Final steps before move-in *
These are mandatory steps that must be completed before the tenancy start date.
Tenants Liability Insurance *
This is recommended to protect you in case you accidentally damage the landlord’s fixtures and fittings. You may arrange your own provider.
Please note: If you choose not to insure, this does not reduce your responsibilities under the tenancy agreement.

This opens your email app with your application summary. Press Send in your email app.
After sending your summary, return to this page and use the document buttons in section 3 to attach and email your files.
