1) Key details
These are used to route your onboarding email and label your submission.

This is our main point of contact for instructions, compliance updates, and payments.

Add any other people we can speak to (e.g. spouse, business partner, accounts contact).
 
If you add a contact, Title, First name, Last name, Email and Telephone are required in that card.
4) Bank details for rent payments
Please provide the details you want rent paid to.
5) Compliance & property information *
Please confirm you can provide the items below. Attach supporting documents to your email submission.
A) Proof of ID *
Examples: Driving licence or passport.
B) Proof of address *
Examples: Utility bill or mortgage statement.
C) Title Deeds (Land Registry) *
Provide a copy of your Title Deeds. If you prefer, we can organise this for £7.20 inc VAT.
D) Safety & compliance certificates *
Valid EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety Certificate (if applicable).
E) White goods & alarms info *
Confirm any white goods remaining + manuals/warranties. If alarms are present, provide codes and service plans (if any).
F) Keys *
3 full sets of keys: 2 for the tenant and 1 for our office to hold.
G) Smoke & CO alarms *
Confirm a working smoke alarm on each floor and a CO alarm in each room with a gas boiler/fire, and when fitted.
H) Utility suppliers *
Please confirm your current utility supplier(s).
I) Stop tap location *
Please confirm the location of the stop tap.
Property Information Questionnaire (National Trading Standards)
We will send you a digital link to complete the Property Information Questionnaire to help satisfy National Trading Standards guidelines.
Notes (optional)
Anything we should know (preferred contact method, occupancy plans, timelines, access notes, etc.).
