Fees To Landlords

We have an extremely competitive price structure for  our fully managed properties. 

 

FEES TO LANDLORDS:

 Full management: 12% + VAT (14.4% inc. VAT)

 Set up fee: £180 inc. VAT - includes marketing, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreement, guarantor agreements, inventory updates between tenancies & deposit registration (where applicable)

 Inventory: £100 inc. VAT - property inventory is also known as a schedule of condition. This document is used to detail the condition of a rental property when a new tenancy commences. It also helps identify any damages caused at the end of the tenancy. This fee is applicable when an initial Inventory is required or after refurbishment of a property.

 For ‘Tenant Find Service’ there is a Set Up Fee equal to 1 months rent + 20% VAT and there is a minimum fee of £400 + VAT (£480).  The setup fee includes agreeing the market rent and finding a tenant in accordance with the landlord’s guidelines. This involves marketing and advertising the property; erecting a board, then carrying out accompanied viewings as appropriate. We will then reference any successful applicants and provide a Tenancy Agreement. Prime Choice collects and remits the first month’s rent received, deducting commission and other works, and supplies a statement. Fees that exceed the monthly rent will need to be paid in advance.*Additional optional services are available and quotes can be provided upon request*
