Prime Choice offer the following services to Landlords:

- Carry out a rental valuation free of charge
- Prepare property particulars and advertise on the Prime Choice and Rightmove websites as well as in the local press
- Erect To Let board
- All viewings to be accompanied by a representative of Prime Choice Ltd
- Interview prospective tenants and take up relevant references.
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement and serve the appropriate notices in accordance with the 1988 Housing Act as amended by the Housing Act 1996
- A minimum of one months rent will be collected and retained as a deposit to be held by Prime Choice Ltd as stakeholder – a Client Money Protection Scheme is in place
- Rent collected in advance, where applicable
- Written confirmation of tenants details to be provided to the utility companies, where known
- Carry out free inspections of the property periodically and a written report provided
- Organise for repair/maintenance of the property within guidelines agreed with the landlord
- Monthly statements providing details of rental income. Contractor accounts will be paid from the rental income and the net payment will be forwarded by cheque or automatic bank transfer
- Process rent reviews when necessary
- Serve Notice Requiring Possession where necessary on the landlords request
- As a Letsure Appointed Representative we offer Buildings and Contents Insurance suitable for tenanted properties. If you have your own arrangements please ensure that the company involved is made aware that the property is tenanted as this may affect your cover.
